KB19454 problem with my brand new blackberry Torch

I have two blackberry phones one blackberry bold and the other blackberry torch 9800 and both are very good in performance from the time i have purchased, the only problem with them is that when i tried to sync the contacts from the laptop it creates a number of the error messages as KB19454 on the phone. So, pleas help me with the solution any suggestion will be appreciated.

If you are not able to sync the contacts on the blackberry then there seems to be a problem in the application that you are using on the laptop and the operating system that you are using in it. I am currently using the Windows 7 operating system in my Acer Laptop and i tried to sync the contacts with the phone by using BBDesktop 6 application on the laptop but failed to get an answer for that.So, please provide some better solution and other alternative by which i can import the contact to the system.

If there is a KB19454 problem in the phone when you try to sync the contacts with the blackberry phone so there is issue in the BBDesktop 6 application that you are using. Replace the application or there is an option available for that try to import all the contacts on the gmail account and then try to import from thee in the phone these will be a ultimate solution to your issue.

To overcome this issue you have to update the BBDesktop 6 form the blackberry website and then you will be able to sync the contacts with the phone.
