Daylight savings change and alarm issue for iphone

There are some problems going with my iphone, the daylight savings time gets hour 1 forwarded, as the alarm time for morning is set to 6.15 but the alarm rings one hour early but when i check the setting the time it set perfectly but i don't know why i am facing this problem,so please any help me to sort this problem.

The daylight saving problem which you are facing, according to me this is one of the software problem,the central clock is used by the phone,the application uses the timing from this clock only,when daylight saving has the problem with the to display it get adjusted properly,there are various software used for the multiple alarm time.

The time which is used by the iphone is the cell phone time, the time which is checked on the internet, accordingly 1 sec and the cell towers are telling the phone its 34 seconds off,the time is not possible to override,There is no setting the seconds or minutes, only the time zone.So this is the problem,Cell towers still show pre daylight savings time but if you change time zones to adjust and next tower shows correct time.
