Blackberry Strom 9530 --Media Player STOPS unexpectedly!!

I gave Blackberry Storm 9530 mobile to my sister as a birthday gift. It is just one month old and it starts giving her problem. I do not know that it is hardware problem or she is making mistakes somewhere in settings. She has not activated auto lock but still after every 10 minutes it get auto lock and stops her media player. She goes again back to her media player and starts again and happens same again. I have checked her mobiles setting, auto lock was disabled there. And if it is activated then also it should not stop media player. If anybody has the solution please informed me on this forum.

You should not do anything with your mobile. As you told me that your phone is just one month old you should ask for Warranty claim. You can loss your warranty if you will do something with your mobile, I think so it is bug with your mobile. Because what I know, auto lock do not occurs itself if it is disabled. And if it is enabled, then also it cannot stop you media player. I think so something is wrong with you internal applications. Check it out with your Blackberry supporting staff.

I do not remember if there is a divide location for that. Most excellent thing to do is chat to your Admin and allow him identify the difficulty. I have found, however, that the admins worry extra about the machine safety than a difficulty you might have listen to "podcasts." If you have a legitimate business utilize of these podcasts then you may be clever to obtain somewhere. Good luck!

I have solved this same problem form my mobile. Just go into your options and then Memory. Here you will see Encrypt Media Files, set this to NO. It will solve your problem very easily. Mostly where Content Encryption is compulsory by IT policy, the mobile encrypts information when the mobile gets locks. This is also needy on the next written settings. Go to in your Options then Memory and then Encryption Mode -> Security Password. Although you may not be clever to alter this to "Device" as the IT policy may be forcing it to some least level

My problem is also about media player but it is little bit different. I am not seeing any issue with auto lock. Media player is stopping automatically after every 10minutes. I celled to service center and they told me to format media card and I did it but it did not solve my problem. Then again I called to service center and explained all. This time they advised me reinstall my OS. They did re-installation and I was supposing that it will solve my problem. But after listening music, it got stopped again after 30 minutes. I am not able to find what the solution is. Sometimes I think that it is happening due to some extra application like orkut, facebook, twitter etc.
