Office 2010 with Blackberry Desktop Manager

My friend has brought the new Blackberry mobile phone and facing the problem of syncing his mobile phone contacts with the MS Office 2010. He has also tried to install the re-installation of the Desktop Manager on his computer for his Blackberry mobile phone but the Desktop Manager gives the error that it could not configure the outlook profile. So I need a proper guidance to solve my friend problem.

I was facing the same problem with the desktop manager of my Blackberry mobile phone for which I first install the Office 2007 and then setup the mail profile and then install the Blackberry desktop manager on it and the upgrade your Office 2010 in your computer then your desktop manager will be compatible with the office 2010.
