If you are not able to charge your phone then there is a problem with your charger, first you have to check the charger by charging other phone from that. If the charger is working so these is another problem in the phone and if it is not working then replace the charger with a new charger from the market, this will fix your problem.

The problem might be in the battery of the phone as the battery may be dried up or there is a problem in the charging. So please replace the battery from the dealer and buy a new new for your phone. If the problem then too exists then contact the customer care assistance of the Sony ericsson this might help you to overcome the problem.

If there is a problem in the charger and in the battery then the best option available to you is the replacement of the charger and the battery. If your phone is in the warranty period then you can replace it from the dealer or from the service center from where you have purchased the Sony ericsson phone this is the ultimate solution to your issue if the problem then too exists then you can contact the customer care assistance of the Sony ericsson for further help and support.
