C902 serious error message

For the past 1 year I am using this piece of Sony Ericson viz. C902 and I had never experienced any sort of problem with it. No software issues or nothing like that. Today it has started to come up with some serious issues or I would say some serious error messages. I do not know what should I do in this case? It, in the message asks me to contact the Sony Ericson Service Center. What in the world is happening here? Please can you guide me to come out of this?

I would suggest you to see if you can get some software updates for your mobile. I think that the problem that you are facing is because of the issues related to the software. You can get the software updates for the mobile from the official web site of Sony Ericson. Just try it and see if that works. If however it still exists I would suggest you to contact or pay visit to the local service center and let them handle the issue by themselves.

Had it happened for the first time? Have you ever experienced this situation ever before? If your mobile was working well before this then I would suggest you to simply try turning the mobile switch on and off. Sometimes it happens because of some minor issues, I think that it will get rectified with this simple diagnosis. Please see if this can help you and tell me if you it can help. Can you send and receive the messages. Let us know about it.

I am also finding the same issue with the same piece of the Sony Ericson. I have followed your advice but I did not get any kind of help from there neither any software updates for the mobile. I have tried switching the phone on and off several times but it even did not help. I have found many forums that are discussing about this issue of Sony Ericson but they have not yet come up with any solution. Can you all please come up with some solutions?

Thanks for the response, I thought that I was the only one with this problem, but I was somewhat content that there are some more people having the same problem. Well I have shown myself here to inform that I was finding some problem with the messages. At first I was not able to send the message, but then after some half hours later it got rectified, after some days I was having problem with receiving the message and to my surprise it got rectified too. Can you tell me something out of it?

I would request you to go for the MASTER RESET of your mobile. I think in most of these cases about 90 percent problem gets solved by trying this. I have suggested many of them this thing as the first solution if something wired is happening with their device (or cell phone). You can too try this and see what difference it makes for you. If this does not work you can go for the HARD RESET, but before doing this you can backup all your data, if something wrong goes with the RESET.

I totally agree with what Pugsly mentioned. You yourself should have made a guess about this. These are the basic diagnosis steps that one should follow at the start. Please try and see it yourself.
