Averatec case cracking issue

I own a Averatec laptop, i am using it from last six to even months , Initially when i purchased it there was a small hairline like crack on the case and as days pass on the crack expanded and now the crack has became a small hole on the case, when i told the company about it they responded negatively saying that it is physical damage and they can't do any thing to it. so please tell me what to do.

As said by you that you have a Averatec and that it has a hairline like small crack, first you have to contact the company regarding the case that it has been damaged and you want to replace it and do the formalities regarding the relevant act. This is natural that they will not respond to you as your laptop must not be in warranty. Dont worry just fire a complaint to tha customer service and i hope they will help you.

The Averatec company has such type of problem and it is being seen in lot of their models. Once you buy a Averatec machine first check the cabinet and all the other device that are available, The only way that you can protect your devices and make them to use for a longer period is to handle them with lot of care, and see to it that these cases are maintained properly. And now the question of your case just contact the company and try to replace it with the new one.

So you also facing same problem that lot of users now a days normally do, Just do one thing do handle your laptop now with a care so that no crack further extends, Just see to it will not fall some where and increase the damage. As you said that there is a small hole generated on your case , contact your company service center and try to replace it . Do not worry it will not harm your software or any internal program.
