Make a reinstallation of Facebook on Nokia C5

I have a Nokia C5 mobile phone and the thing that I want to know is about reinstalling Facebook on my phone. The problem is that I have got an update for Facebook application but when I try to perform it I am not able to get it worked that is I get a message that is "file corrupted" So please help me out that is needed to get it worked.
