The S10 was rather light, the S10 -2 goes even further , falling this time below kilogram (998 g ) to a thickness of 18 mm. The 3 cell battery accompanying unfortunately leaves no great hopes for autonomy, but a 6 cell battery should be available to offer up to 6 hours of operation depending Lenovo. The new chassis allows the addition of a USB port for a total of three, to the detriment of the ExpressCard slot which disappears . The multitouch touchpad also took the opportunity to grow, as the keyboard is now 89% of the size of a conventional keyboard. The tiny touchpad the first model is therefore more than a bad memory .

The S10- 3, which replicates the keyboard of the Thinkpad Chiclets particular X100e while providing greater autonomy. Lenovo announces 3.5 to 7 hours of battery selection. And the manufacturer pulls no punches as the choice is now between 4-cell battery and an 8 cell . Batteries more imposing than the competitors but a priori less efficient since the gear 6 cell Asus and Samsung are much better.
