Ipod shuffle not detecting and no light on power on

My Ipod Shuffle was working well, but all of a sudden it stopped to work. There was no lights in the Ipod when i connected it to the system. I Connected the Ipod Shuffle on a number of different computer, but no one detected it. what is the problem ,Is my Ipod is virus affected or there is some other problem in the Ipod Shuffle.Please reply with your suggestion and help me.

There are chances that your computer may not have the required system requirements for the IPod shuffle. The IPod Shuffle requires a set of system configuration to work in the proper manner, so these is the reason that's why there is no light in the IPod shuffle. There is a problem in the iTunes version or there may be a problem in the iPod Software. There seems your ipod does not get the light when you connect it to your computer, follow the steps so that your ipod shuffle get connected to your computer.

• First Turn off the Computer
• plug ipod shuffle into the USB
• Restart your ipod shuffle
• Press and hold the center button and top menu button at the same time for more than six seconds.
• Start the computer and install the USB driver for ipod
• ipod will say do not unplug then do not unplug it from the computer
• Go to the program from start menu
• Right Click on the the USB icon and select the "safely remove hardware".
• Stop it and select the "apple ipod".

Thank you friends for your advice, i have followed all the steps given by you and it really worked. When i started my computer again then it worked and i was able to detect my iPod shuffle on my System. I moved a number of songs in it finally.
