    Help with 5530 Xpressmusic phone?

    As we know nokia 5530 is touchscreen phone, am facing some problem with this Xpressmusic phone. When we unlock this phone, there appears two buttons on Screen. One is for Telephone that is the dialer and Second for the contacts. Suppose, for some reason those buttons won't work, we won't be able to search the contacts. This means, if I want to type a number that I don't have in my phone, i will not be able to contact that numbers. This is in my case. My touchscreen is not working and hence am unable to search the contacts. Could you guys please help me out for fixing the same ?

    It appears that there is some problem with any of the application on your device that was recently installed. If you have installed any new software or application on your phone, then try to remove the same. Hope it will fix the problem, and if not than please bring your device to your nearest Nokia Care center. They will provide the best quality.

    I dont know what might be the exact problem, but yes, i can say that it is the serious problem. In such situation what i can suggest you the best is upgrade the device software. This is what i do in such cases and i know it is the sure shot solution for such sorts of issues. In order to upgrade the firmware for your nokia device, you will first need to install Nokia Ovi Suite or Nokia PC Suite on your system. Once installed, connect your device via USB cable and click on the "Update Software" button that is on the home screen of Nokia Pc SUite. Now follow the process with instructions provided. That sit.

    I have got same problem and software update do fixed the issue. But remember to take the backup of your mobile data before performing this.This will help to lost your data. The alternate solution you can try is to format the device, or restoring it to factory settings. You will definitely get the solution of your problem. If your problem still persists, than just take to Nokia Customer care. Make sure not do yourself unless your device is under warranty.

    First checkout you software problem. If there is no software problem in your phone. Then you has to go for any loose connection between your phone battery or any internal loose connection will be there. If you got any such problem then you has to repair that problem. If you don't got any problem within hardware connection, you has to move forward for next solution.

    If your phone is not working properly after rectifying software and connection problem, then you have to go in Nokia care. You will need to complain to their executive about your phone problem. You will definitely get best service from your Nokia Service Provider. If you mobile is still under warranty period then you will get the free service.
