Blackberry Storm Problem-Calendar Options Will Not Save.

I am having one issue with the Blackberry Storm. Whenever i am trying to get into the Calendar to set the alarm it is not allowing me to save the alarm. I am adjusting the alarm and trying to close the window then it is prompting me to save or cancel option and when i click on select to save it won't register the same. So please help me to get rid of this issue. Thank you.

To work with the issue of yours i think you need to follow the below given step that will help you to get out of this issue. So just follow the same and see whether it is working for you or not.

Go to the Calender Option
Click on General Option
Select No for "Show Free Time"
Select No for "Show Tasks"
Select Yes for "Show Alarms"
Save the setting
Exit

Have you installed any third party application to the device of yours? It might be possible that the third party application might be conflicting with the Calender and giving you improper functionality with the same. So if you can then reinstall the application to work with the Calender option of the same.

I think that something went wrong with your device and that is why you are not getting the full functionality with the same so it is better to reset the device of yours i.e. Blackberry Storm which will restore the phone of yours to the factory setting and keep all the application to its original setting. So perform the same and get rid if the issue.

If nothing is working for you and you are still getting the same problem then i will advise you to visit the Blackberry store or contact the online support forum of the Blackberry. There is a support forum for the user of the Blackberry is available which is running by the Blackberry. So ask the question of yours there and expert will help you.

I have tried this and the issue related to the Blackberry Storm Problem-Calendar Options Will Not Save is got resolved. I have gone through all the step involved in your replies and when worked with the same then i have got my device working with the saving in the same. A many thanks to you for help.
