G Five U808 mobile NO internet

I am using a G Five U808 mobile phone and i have GPRS on this phone but i am unable to use an internet from this mobile. I do not know where i am going wrong for accessing an internet. Is there any solution for using an internet from my mobile phone. What software i must use for using an internet on my phone

I would like to tell you that you need to get the settings for your mobile phone from the company of your SIM card. I suggest you to call to your SIM's customer care number and then ask them for sending the GPRS settings on your phone. Once you have activated this settings on your phone then you will be able to access an internet from your phone.

There could be something wrong with the browser which you have installed on your phone. I think the browser would be unable to get connected with an internet provided on your mobile phone and hence you are not able to surf through internet from your phone. So you must install some other browser on your phone which might not be having any such problem.

There could be a problem with your mobile phone itself which you need to get solved from the service center of your mobile phone. Actually i have heard that there is no service center for the G Five mobile phone so you may give a check to your phone from any mobile service center but make sure that there would not be any big problem on your phone.

I think it would be much better for you if you leave this problem on some other instead of solving it on your own. And even these china mobiles are just strange according to their functionality so i just cannot say that where could be the problem but i think if you give this mobile back to the dealer from where you have bought it. I just do not have any idea about this problem.
