Hp Pavilion dv9500 not able to start

I have a Hp Pavillion dv9500 laptop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is that the system is not able to work well and the system is not able to start. I do not know why is this happening? It would be better if you people can help me out so that I can get sort of it and get to a proper solution. Hope to get a better solution from here. It would be helpful.
