Video call support on iPhone 4

I heard that this time iPhone 4 is going to give out a much better option for video support. What you think for the same. Does this phone is enough strong to work on video calling support. I had used this on older version but not satisfied with the same.

This new iphone is so fantastic, personally video call and multitasking are my most concerned, only two days to get mine, I am very pleased, it's expensive but I think it will feel worth it. can't recommended it enough. Gorgeous to look at and an absolute pleasure to use.
