    Issues with Wireless WAN radio

I have a Lenovo W510 laptop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is with the Wireless WAN Radio. I have no idea what could have been the problem but I use Fn+F5 key to turn on the Radio and the problem is that it turns off automatically. I do not know what could have caused the issue. Please do help me out so that I can get sort of the thing and make it work well.

You can make changes or work for the thing well and that is by navigating through Device manager and then to the network adapters. Now you need to check for your wireless card and then right click on it go to properties. Look for the power manager and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device." I hope this will let you to a better solution and make the desired change. So check out.

Install the driver under compatible mode and then check for the output. I hope it may then provide a better result. So in order to get the issue to be sorted well all you need to do is to right click on the installer.exe file and under the properties section choose the compatibility mode and make it install under compatible mode for Windows XP. Restart the system and look for the device. It may function well and make things to work in your way.
