I would suggest you to uninstall the Digitizer Activity Monitor form the Control panel option. Now you need to get a fresh copy of the driver and then run the system in the safe mode. Now as it is been done you need to uncompress the driver pack and then run the setup.exe file. Make the installation done. Now restart the system in normal mode. You may then be able to get the proper output and with no problem.

It could be that the application or the installed driver is not much compatible to the system and this is the reason that it is not getting worked. So in order to make it function it is necessary that you do check for the compatibility and then make the necessary change. All you need to need to do is to make the installation of the application under compatibility or upgrade the driver.

There is another way through which you can make the aspects to be implemented. All you need to do is to type msconfig in the search box and then hit enter, Now choose Hide all Microsoft services under the selective startup tab and then disable the services. Now you need to restart the system and then look for the change that would be required. It will be helpful for you then.
