iPod Touch Facebook Chat Error.

I have had the iPod touch facebook Application continuously for a long time and now, I am getting some issues and occurred just before a day , whenever I go onto the chat section specified in the application, type something in and press send, I receive a message suggesting :

"ALET, your message could not be delivered at this time"

I am connected with my home computer,running with the internet connection and It was fuinctioning without any issues before two days. I have the newest version of the facebook application . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and it has not performed at all . Do you have any idea about this ?

It didn't happened with me before and nor my associated friends. Actually, this is the error getting occurred from Facebook server and you have to wait till they resolve this and you can be sure to refresh the page or Logout and then login again ... As I also did the same and just waited for awhile and tried again. I believe it is because of high internet traffic.

I am trying to attempt chat on the facebook application but unable to do this. I got the above post , like above members I am also having the same issue and the error message with the facebook app and chat? Every time when I need to try and dispatch a message it returns an error, been like it a some days for me now. So you all have any fix regarding this issue ???

The chatting facility is not so much embedded on the facebook application. Facebook's is new social networking site has caused chat to facility weirdly. Sometimes when you get ready to chat on your computer system, it would not allow you to send the messages because the users moved into the "offline" mode. You need to refresh the page on the same where you are currently visiting and they are back online, but try sending the same messages again and they are "offline". Sometimes, you have to wait a bit before you are capable to send. This carries over to the iPhone Facebook Chat unfortunately.

Every time, I try to communicate with my friend using facebook chat on my ipod, it will just redirected me for the home screen, all the time when I attempt the chat , even though the are available. Also, when I click on the name of my friends in the list on application , It wouldn't allow me see any of their posts or information, unless I click on their profile via a friends. It's only this single user and it's seems very wired for me! Has he blocked me? Anybody got this issue before?
