Closing Email page right after my screen opens

I am in the trouble with the Email program of my Apple iTouch which is not functioning properly. When i open the mail account at that time i am getting the message regarding the unread mail. And when i click on it to open the mail it redirects me to the home page. Sometimes it opens for the 2 minutes and again goes to homepage automatically. So if possible then give me the solution of it. Thank you.

Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem with the iTouch and not getting any proper solution of it. Actually i am getting this problem in my second account which is continuously redirecting me to the Home screen when i try to connect to the server. I am also looking for solution of it please help me too.

I will advise you to restore the iTouch of yours for once which might solve the problem related to the iTouch of your. The restore will take back all the setting which was functioning previously. To restore the same you have to connect the iTouch through the iTunes and then only you can perform the same as i am telling you to do.

I have tried the same but no help as the problem is still their and did not yet solved even after the restore of the device which you have told me to perform. I did the restore of the iTouch after installing the latest version of the iTunes but still same problem. So please help me more regarding the same.

Most of the user of the iTouch are getting the same problem as it is faced by the you. The solution for this is that you should reset the Phone of yours for once and see whether your problem is got resolved or not. The reset will change the iTouch to its factory setting which comes up with the new device. So try this out and see the working of it.

I have tried this also but this also did not helped me regarding this issue that you are talking about. I have hard reset the same but still getting same problem. So let me know some more solution of it.

In that case i will advise you to take the help of the Apple regarding the problem of your which is not yet solved with the reset and restore of the iTouch. Just walk to the Apple Store and let them know about the problem actually getting. They will advise you the proper solution for your issue that you are getting. Thats all i can help you with this issue.
