Iphone 8G MT6225 not able to connect

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP. The problem is that I am not able to get my Iphone 8G MT6225 china mobile phone device to get synchronized to my system. I do not know what could have been the issue. Please help me out for the thing so that I can then sort the problem and make the possible change as required. Thank you.
