Here is the way for that. Tap the icon for E-MAIL. Select E mail > Settings & Accounts > Add Account. Then Choose Email and click on Manual setup. Now please enter your account information. In the E-mail type use Exchange (EAS), add your email address and then provide user name in password. Click on Register now and then you can get the mail on push button .

It is possible to synchronized contacts, tasks, appointments and emails through various web services like GMail and corporate Microsoft Exchange server. The step of listing on the Palm site begins with inserting email ID of GMail, Facebook or Exchange. As soon as this task is complete, Web OS will automatically retrieve your contact list and rank them in the directory of Palm Pre.

In Palm Pre the system is smart because it will unite under a single name all the information retrieved from a contact. In my case, I took pictures of Facebook to mix with the contact fields from Gmail. While it is quite nice but it does not work very well, at least for Facebook. Because I do not see the point of having contacts in sheets of friends that do not contain phone numbers. I ended up with hundreds of unnecessary contact.

The integration with Facebook is more fairly basic. Where the latest HTC or Motorola Hero Dext Android allow to have direct contact base since the recent activities of his friends on Facebook, it is not possible to find them on the Pre. Facebook is not preinstalled in the game. But fortunately, Synergy works well with GMail and this is essential. My 300 contacts have been imported in a few seconds, as well as the appointment of the dozen that I use calendars from Google Calendar.

Just import the contact from Gmail on your phone. By default, the Web OS performs background update point to check the latest information has been downloaded. It is possible to do this update when that wish to avoid wasting the DATA mobile. However, you might find this strange for the first time use. Enter your Gmail user id password to login or you can use your Exchange ID to synchronize all data via Synergy.

If you launch the phone application, a web browser and email client, you will have three applications on the screen. You can use them on full mode or windows mode. Simply add your email account and let the phone do its work. It is not really had to configure a mail account on Palm Pre. The Web browser uses the pre rendering engine WebKit pages, like the iPhone.
