Nexus one cannot play sound in video

I am using Nexus one mobile. I just shot video on my phone, and just put it on my PC. The sound is more present, the image is there, but washables no sound when I read the videos with any video player. Its also happen with mobile phone. I don't know whats going wrong with my mobile phones. Any idea ? Please suggest.
