    Logitech Wireless Rublepad 2 not recognized while playing Split Second PC game

    I have installed Split Second Velocity game into my desktop machine which is been working with Windows 7. I have purchased a Logitech Wireless Rublepad 2 in order to make it use for gaming controller but the problem is it is not recognized when I connect the device and start to play the game that is Split Second. Have no idea about the issue. It would be a great help if anyone could solve it out.

    I would suggest you to check out for the batteries. Do check out that you have new batteries inserted. Remove one of the battery and then hold down 5 and 7 key while reinserting the battery. It will be done. Now look out whether you have any issue with the synchronization of the controller with the device. This may hep you well.

    Try changing the USB port to which you are connecting. The problem could be the portability for transferring the data at a good rate may not be proper and hence this is the reason that you are getting this issue. So do check and perform the task by installing or connecting it to different port. You may then be able to get to a better conclusion and work out well.

    Connect the device to the back panel of the CPU that is the USB port. It may be you have connected the device to the front panel and it is not able to cope well with the device. So in order to get the problem you are facing to be solved it is essential that you connect to the back panel as it has much more transfer speed. It will help.
