    You need to check following things:
    1. Bios, the boot sequence option is not set hard disk, you can reset;
    2. Look in the bios can recognize the hard disk, if the hard disk is the boot file is missing, repair the system or reinstall the system can be repaired;
    3. Look in the bios can recognize the hard disk, if not it is hard not connected, or hard disk damage, can not identify the hard disk.

    You need to Self-test, the system BIOS will find the graphics card BIOS, the graphics display card BIOS to complete the initialization, the display started to show since then, the system has the basic operating conditions, can the other board Some diagnostic and testing, and then find fault, the screen there will be prompt, but generally do not crash, and the system BIOS will detect the CPU type and frequency, and then began testing all the memory capacity of the host, the memory test passed, the system BIOS installed on the system will begin testing a number of standard hardware devices, these devices include: hard drives, CD-ROM, floppy, serial and parallel ports and other connected devices, most of the new version of the system BIOS should automatically in the process test and set memory parameters, the hard disk parameters and access modes. Check and reply.

    You need to check that the system BIOS supports plug and play within the code will begin testing and configuring systems installed Plug and Play devices. Each found a device, the system BIOS will be shown on the screen device information such as name and type, and distribution of the device interrupts, DMA channels and I / O ports and other resources. Finally the system BIOS to update ESCD (Extended System Configuration Data, extended system configuration data). ESCD data update is completed, the system BIOS boot code will be its final one, namely the boot sequence specified by the user from the floppy disk, hard disk or CD-ROM boot. Best of luck.

    You need to check power indicator light, also heard the voice of the cooling fan. At this time, which can be identified as part of the power failure, check: whether the power cord and power outlet, plug it with a good motherboard, UPS power supply is normal, and then confirm whether the power failure, the simplest is to replace the law, but in general Users at home can not have power supply spare parts. Check and reply.

    The system BIOS will read and implement the hard disk master boot record, master boot record and then from the partition table to find the first active partition, and then read and execute the active partition of the partition boot record, and partition boot record will be responsible for reading and implementing IO.SYS, which is the basic Windows system files. IO.SYS first initialize some important system data, and then show the familiar blue and white in the picture below, Windows will continue to be part and DOS GUI (graphical user interface) of the guide and the initial Work on the successful conclusion of all, the computer starts normally.
