Iphone 3GS wont connect to router

I do not know if this is a genuine issue or not, but my Iphone 3GS wont connect to router. There is no problem in their network has been connected properly. The issue is that I am not able to log in by entering the password. The problem is that it gives me a message saying that it is not able join. I am having a Belkin router and I have bought it recently. Please help me on hat can be done in this situation.

It seems that there are some conflicts between the Iphone and the router. This is the reason why Iphone 3GS wont connect to router. This can be any problem, that is a compatibility issue or the problems between the applications and programs in the Iphone may not be supporting the iPhone. Just check online, if this particular iPhone are having any problems or not.

You will have to check if there are any problems in the router or the iPhone. Turn off the security mode and try the connection of the iPhone and the router in this particular mode. Here, there is no need to enter the password for the connection. They will directly connect and if this is possible, then you will have to change some of the settings for the security mode. If still, the Iphone 3GS wont connect to router, then I cant provide you with any solutions as I am not able to understand where the issue is.
