Cliq:Won't Receive Calls or Call Out

I have just bought Motorola Cliq mobile phone, few weeks back. Today in the morning my friend he called up on my phone, and he said that he was trying to call me from 45 minutes prior but my phone haven't notified me about the calls that my friends was trying, even it doesn't shown me a missed call. After that phone call, it just got stopped and it was still connecting to the 3G network and when i try to call to anyone with my phone, it hangs up. Please help me...

It think this problem is with the network which you are using it with you phone and if you want then you can all to the customer care of your operator and ask them for your problem which you are facing it right now. This is the problem with the network itself and not with the phone and phone software. So i think you need to contact the operator which you are using it right now

This problem which you are facing with your phone is not with the phone's software. I have been facing this problem with my phone's network which i am using. I asked to the operator help and they told me that there was some problem with the network and it will be shortly sortout, and no further problems will be faced by the users. So i think it is better to check with the network side and then with the phone.

There are also certain other problem by which you can face this problem. First you need to check out with the network side, then also you need to check your phone sims is situated properly. You also need to check with the availability of the network in your area where you face this problem. Then check in the network settings on your phone and set the operator one nore time on your phone. Just do these methods and let me know.

If the problem is with the phone then i think you need to contact the motorola service helpline and ask them to solve the problem which you are facing it right now. I don't think that this problem can be related with the phone. Also you can do one more thing. Switch off you phone and then remove the simcard from your phone and after that re-insert it and on your phone. And then try to call to any of the number or your friends. I think the problem must have solved out.
