my backflip is awesome with couple of problems

I have bought a new Motorola Backflip and it works awesome except there are some minor problems. I have downloaded couple of applications on this phone. Problems that i am facing on my phone are as follows.

• dropping calls.
• Can not hear anything even call has been started.
• losing service out of nowhere.
• Surprisingly restarts.

I think there would be some software problem in your Motorola Backflip as there are many problems presented on your phone which should not be there in a new phone. I suggest you to contact with the Motorola or a dealer from which you have bought this phone to deal with this all problems on your backflip. If you have warranty of your phone then it would be better for you to get rid of these problems.

As you said that you have downloaded the third party applications in your Motorola Backflip then it might happen that your phone would be having all this problem because of those applications which are currently running on your phone. I think you should use your phone after uninstalling those all application to check whether it shows the same problem or not. If there is no such problem then it should be the application which makes your phone ill.

There is something wrong with the software of your Motorola Backflip as you said that it gets restarted surprisingly. This behavior is a common symptoms which has been shown when any of the system files have got corrupted on your phone. I think you should upgrade your phone which will be solving this problem i guess. Suppose if it does not solve it by upgrading as well then you should directly contact with the customer support of Motorola in your nearest area.

Even i am having the call dropping problem on my Motorola Backflip but as there was many people facing this kind of problems on other models of phone, I did not though that there would be anything wrong with my handset. Many times i have got the message saying that the Network Busy even if i am not trying to call anybody. What could be the reason behind this messages as this should be shown when i try to call somebody.

There are many possibilities by which your phone behaves in a manner about what you have discussed so far. First of all it could be the reason of weak software system of your phone which i guess can be solved out by restoring the factory settings. Another problem could be of Network connection which you have taken on your phone as calls can be dropped when there is weak network access. It could also be an application which you have downloaded on your phone and it might also happen that any of those application has been infected which in further infects your phone resulting in a strange behavior of your phone such as restarting the phone.
