E72 - can't remove mail account without connecting

Hello friends,
I am having problem with removing mail accounts from my nokia E72 mobile phone. I am not able to remove mail accounts from my nokia E72 mobile phone. When I tried to do this, I get following error message.

"You must be connected to remove a mailbox. Please try again later".

Anyone else having the same problem. I don't know why I can't remove mail account without connecting internet in E72. Please help me to fix this problem.

As per my information you have to use following steps to remove mail accounts from your mobile phone.
1.First you have to choose 'Email' option from the menu.
2.Now go to the setting of Email.
3.Now select the 'Remove email account' option to delete particular mail account.

I also had the same problem yesterday, then I used following methods to fix this problem.
1.First take back up of all your data except "Settings" option.
2.Now press *#7370# in it.
3.Now restore your back up in your mobile phone.
4.Now try to restore "settings" from backups. You have to do this before e-mail deletion problem.

There is no need to reset the phone. You can do this in the following way.
1.First Go to the main Menu ->now go to the E-mail option -> now go to the Options.
2.Now select that E-mail account.
3.Now select it.
4.Now select "Remove Account" option.
5.Now confirm deletion.

You have to use email.nokia.com address from your mobile phone to access Nokia Messaging service. Also check that whether you are using same account and password when you log into Nokia Messaging service. If you enter wrong id and password, then you will not able to delete that email account. You have to use same account to do this.

To remove an email address:

1. From the Email launcher screen on your device, select the Settings icon.
2. Scroll to the account you want to remove.
3. Select Options - Remove mailbox.
4. Select Yes.
