Problem with contacts on my E63

    Hi friends,

I am having Nokia E63 mobile and currently getting some issues with it. The contact location of my nokia mobile is phone memory. But issue is that whenever somebody call me, the mane caller doesn't shows even if this number is saved in the phone contacts. I am not able to find out the cause behind this strange problem of my mobile phone. I wonder if you are able to provide the solution over this contact problem of E63.

I think you need to change the location of the contacts from phone memory to SIM memory. I had gone through this type of contacts issue. At that time I did the moving of contacts from the phone memory to SIM memory. This solution worked for mobile. I think you also need to try this trick in the way to avoid this contacts problems.

    Hello friend,

I am also one of you as getting same issue with contacts. The doesn't show the name of caller which is already saved in contacts. As per above suggestion I also tried to change the location of the contacts, but still having the same problem. I don't if this problem is occurring because of my mobile problem or anything else. Please give proper solution over this.

This type of issue mostly occurred because of the some application issue of mobile. I think your mobile contact application might comprises some problem and that doesn't showing the name of the caller. According to me you will need to take help from the nearest service center. I hope this will definitely resolve all your mobile problems.

I suggest you to make sure that you are saving the contact number properly in the contacts. I seems that you have not properly saved the number in your phone memory. And that is the cause behind not appearing the caller number. I also suggest you to move all your contacts from SIM to phone memory. This might solve your problem.
