My Number issue on unlocked storm

Hello. I have a Blackberry storm mobile phone. The problem is that I am not able to get the "My number". The things is that when I make a call it do not show up My phone was originally activated on Verizon's service and then unlocked. I also tried to check under the edit sim phone number and that has the correct number. Please do help me out. Thank you.

In order to make the issue to be sorted out you need to disable and then try to re-enable the service that has been assigned. You will be able to make the things work out.
