indication problem X6

Hello to all,
I have Nokia X6 which is 2 months old. It don't have any problem until last week. From the last week whenever I received new message, my mobile doesn't alert me for that. It means it doesn't ring or doesn't show message icon on the homescreen. I am having some indication problem in X6. Please help me to fix this problem.

Hey I also had same the problem after installing "best screenlocker" application in my mobile phone. Then I uninstall that application from my computer and then I don't have that problem. I think you also have installed such type of application in your mobile phone and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case just uninstall that application from your mobile and then restart your mobile phone. After this you will not get such type of problem again.

Why don't you use Best Reminder for Nokia X6 version 2.01. This application is used to alert you when you received new message. Best Reminder provides repeating alarms, visual notification and/or device vibrating to draw your attention to received but unnoticed messages and missed calls.
It has following features.

Hey just use following step and check whether you are able to fix this problem or not.
1.First turn off your mobile phone.
2.Now remove battery and sim card from your mobile phone.
3.Now wait for few seconds.
4.Now again insert battery and sim card in your mobile phone.
5.Now turn on your mobile phone.
6.After this you will not get any problem.

I don't know whether it will work for you or not. I able to fix same type of problem by using Hard reset process. When I Hard reset my mobile phone, I able to solve that problem. I think you also Hard reset your mobile phone to fix this problem.
Just unlock your mobile phone and enter *#7370# in it.
NOTE: Take backup before performing this process.

Hey I think there is some problem in your profile setting and that's why you are getting such type of problem. You may have accidentally turn off option for alert of new message and that's when you face such type of problem. In this case just select general profile in your mobile phone and then restart your mobile phone. After start up, you will not get same type of problem again.
