WiFi connectivity problem with HTC Pure

Hi friends,

I am having HTC Pure from three months. At the staring the wifi connection of this HTC mobile was working properly. But from five days this mobile having some trouble while the internet connection through wifi. This problem started after I did some changes to the wifi setting. I wonder if you are able to help me over this wifi issue of my HTC Pure. I am waiting for your reply.

You are not able to access the internet through wifi, because it seems that you have mistakenly disable the 'Proxy Manager'. You also need to reset the wifi setting in the way to restore the the original setting. But unfortunately I don't know the exact procedure to reset wifi setting. I think you need to try out solution yourself.

I think your HTC mobile may have some hardware issue, that doesn't allow you to access the internet through the wifi connectivity. According to me the best way to resolve this type of wifi connectivity issue, is to take help from the nearest service center of HTC mobile. If your mobile posses any other problem, then you will also get solution over it also.

I am also having the same problem with my HTC mobile. But my wifi problem get started when I restored the factory setting of my HTC Pure mobile. In most of the problem the resetting of factory setting resolve the complicated issue of your mobile. But unfortunately I didn't work for me. If anyone posses solution other than this, then please try to share it me.

Please try following steps to solve wifi problem:

1. Access Communications (Settings Tab>Communications).
2. Tap on Wi-Fi OFF-ON slider to enable/disable the Wi-Fi function.
3. Your device will then scan for available networks and provide a list to choose from.
4. To enter in the Wi-Fi networks settings manually, Access the Settings Tab >Connections Folder> Wi-Fi>Wireless Networks and input the settings provided by the service provider
