Problem with downloading picture mail on HTC Hero (Sprint)

Hello Guys,

I am having the HTC Hero (Sprint) from two months. I am getting problem while downloading picture mail on my HTC Hero (Sprint). Whenever I try to download the Picture mail that I received, I immediately get an error message saying that 'download was unsuccessful'. I have tried many thing to to avoid this issue, but nothing was helpful. I wonder if you are able to help me over this HTC Hero (Sprint) issue. I would appreciate your any help.

It sounds that you have disabled the option from your mobile browser named as 'Show Images'. And because of this you are getting the error message whenever you try to download the picture mail. I suggest you to try to enable this option from your mobile browser and then let me know if you still getting same error message while downloading picture mail or not.

I am also using the HTC Hero (Sprint), but didn't any issue while downloading picture mail. I think there might be some problem from your network service provider. This HTC Hero (Sprint) has a jack 3.5mm screen multitouch and the GUI Sense. It is also the first phone Android supporting Adobe Flash. It also provides one-touch access to thousands of apps on the Android Market.

I have to ask one question to you, Have you tried to reset your HTC Hero (Sprint)? If not, then please try to do this. In pas also had the same problem with my HTC mobile. At that time my friend suggested to reset my mobile, and I did the same thing as per his suggestion. This solve all my issue related to my HTC mobile. I think you also need to try the same thing.

I suggest you to try following solutions for to resolve your mobile issue:

Customize the security policy setting of your mobile.
Reset your mobile phone setting.
Contact to the service center of your mobile.

i dont know if you have fixed your problem but.. i had a problem with mine until i realized i had to disconnect wifi in order to download picture mail.. not sure if your problem is the same.. hope this helps
