e71x turning itself off and restarting

Hello. I have a Nokia e71x mobile phone. The problem is that the phone keeps restarting and turns off automatically. I have no idea why is this happening? Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted out well. I wan the phone application to work and process out well. I have no idea what to do? Thank you.

The problem could basically relate to the firmware bug. It may be that the firmware that is been installed to the phone may be appended with the some bug and hence it is causing such issue to respond.
