Nokia 5230 restarting defect

Hello. I have a Nokia 5230 handset. The problem that I am frequently facing is that the phone gets restart every now and then. I have no idea why is this happening? It is really a huge problem that is causing me a lot. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted. I hope to get a better solution. Thank you.
