Studio 15 (1557) Subwoofer Not Working

Hi there, I am having an issue the Dell Studio which i have bought and wanted to test the features of this like SRS premium Sound, But when i an playing the sound of the same then i came to know that there is no sound which will make me sure that Studio 15 (1557) Subwoofer Not Working. So help me to sort out this issue. Thanks in advance.

As per your issue i thought that there might be issue with the driver of your device but when i searched for the same i came to no that many of the user of the Dell Studio 15 are experiencing the same issue and unable to find the solution of the and some of them are not even aware of the subwoofer's working or not. So i can't advise about the same.

Hey, If the problem is not yet solved and having the issue with the same then let me tell you that you should discuss the same with the dell or replace your device as it is new and not that old so there are no issue while replacing the same with the new one. Also if they fix the issue then post here about the solution that you got.

Good Idea and thanks for suggesting me about the same. I will contact the Dell and if found any solution for the same then update this post.
