Problem with Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063

I am having the Toshiba Satellite A55 laptop which has the Windows XP operating system in it. This laptop was working properly without any problem but yesterday when i started this laptop it asked for entering the password. But i have never set the password. So what can i do for resolving this problem with Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063 laptop.

But i want to know that the laptop is asking for entering the BIOS password or it is asking for the Windows operating systems password. If you are getting the password entering screen before the windows startup screen then it will be for the BIOS password.
