It seems that your hardware got corrupted with the some of the spyware or the malware which you have got while working on the internet and clicked on the Pop up. So i will suggest you to take the back up of the hard driver first as this can be lost any time if hard drive crash. Now install any spyware removal tools and scan the complete system for the same. If you got any delete it and then restart the computer.

Have you tried the System Restore. If not then make the System Restore which will make your computer to run with the previous setting when your computer was working all fine. So just get into the System restore from the control panel and then set the date for the system restore to the date when your computer was working all fine. So do the same and let me know about it.

Hey try to run the computer in the safe mode and the install the latest updated anti virus which is having the full definition update of the Virus. Then run the complete scan with the same. But before running the Anti virus just go to the msconfig and in the start up tab uncheck the process that you are not aware of. And perform the system scan after restart in safe mode.

It seems that your partition have got corrupted and need to create new one. So take the back up of entire data in some external hard drive and then delete the partition and reinstall the complete fresh and clean operating system into your device once again. It is better if you format the drive before installing the new OS. Hope this will work for you.
