Hi guys, I am searching for a handy cam which i will be using at my tour to the Paris. I want to buy a camcorder which makes my journey more beautiful even after coming back from the tour. I think Sony HDR-FX1 would be good but yet not decided to buy it. I want to know about all the features provided in Sony HDR-FX1 before i buy it.

Sony HDR-FX1 has a 3.5" (250K Pixels Wide Precision Hybrid SwivelScreen LCD Display) with the Viewfinder : Wide (16:9), Color (252K Pixels). Video resolution provided in this camera is of 1440 x 1080 (Full HD). It uses MiniDV cassette as a recording media. Recording and Playback Times for Sony HDR-FX1 are HDV: up to 60 min. (with DVM60 cassette), DV: SP: up to 60 min., LP: up to 90 min.

Dimensions of the Sony HDR-FX1 are 5 15/16" x 7 1/8" x 14 3/8" (151 x 181 x 365mm). This camera is bit heavy according to its features and size, it weighs 2.1 kg including the NP-F570 rechargeable battery pack, DVM60 cassette and lens hood. But i assure you that this camera can definitely make your tour remembering for the years and years.
