Apple iPod keypad problem

Hi,
I am in big trouble, I use Apple iPod, the problem is my iPod keypad is not able to give proper response some time suppose I select any item but it will not able to select and after lots of clicking it will goes response there is also problem in increasing sound also I not able increase or decrease the sound also some time it will give response but not that much smoothly when it was OK. Can anyone tell me why there is problem in Apple iPod keypad?

This is not big issue with your iPod I think in your iPod keypad sensor setting is going to change and I think because of this you face this problem.
For solving this problem you have to use following steps
1. If it’s connected to computer then you have to disconnect your iPod.
2. Then switch off your iPod.
3. Then I you have to Wait for 5 seconds.
4. Then move the switch to the play in order or the shuffle position. After that you abele see one green stripe.
5. Then slide the power switch on
6. And I think after using this solution you able solve your problem.

I think this hardware problem, maybe your keypad not working and I think because of this you face this problem because I also face this same problem my iPod keypad also not able to give any response and for solving this problem I give my iPod in iPod service center and after that they give me fresh copy of iPod and I think for solving your iPod problem you also use same solution which I use, iPod service center I think not charge for that I am not sure about this.

This is a major problem with your iPod and I think you not able to solve this problem by using any of above solution and you not able to give your iPod in service center because this is a hardware problem they will not able accept hardware problems they will accepted only software problem but I am not sure about it you try your best if they make replace for your iPod then no problem if they not replace your iPod then ask then for repair your iPod and I think for that they will charge you.

No need to give your iPod in service center because it is a virus problem and I sure about this because I also face this same problem with my iPod and for solving this problem I think you have to format your iPod and then properly install all the updates using this you solve your problem I also use this same solution for solving my iPod problem and I suggest you to use this solution for solving your problem.
