Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi VS Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000.

Hi all, i have seen two cameras for my family use which can be useful in my family members. Both of this cameras are good but still i am getting confuse to buy one out of these two. I am planing to buy Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi or Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000. Can anybody give me suggestions about which camera to buy or i would be glad if someone can compare Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi VS Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000.

There are many changes in Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi and Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000 according to their size and dimensions. These two cameras much different in their photography also. Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi is of SLR camera format where as Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000 is of Ultra Compact type format. Canon EOS 450D provides remote control which is not there in casio. Weight of 450D is 539 g where as Casio EX-Z2000 weights EX-Z2000 150 g only. Dimensions of EOS 450D are 5.1 x 3.8 x 2.4 inches and those of EX-Z2000 are 3.9 x 2.3 x 0.7 inches.

Here are the some differences between resolutions of both the cameras Canon EOS 450D and Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000. Canon EOS 450D provides the Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000 of 4272x2848, 3088x2056 and 2256x1504 where we talk about Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000 Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000 then it gives 4320x3240, 4320x2880, 4320x2432, 3648x2736, 2816x2112 which is much more then canon. Canon EOS 450D has only single resolution mode for recording movies but its not the case with Casio which has 1280x720, 640x480, 320x240 resolutions for movie.

Sensor type used in Canon 450D is CMOS and same thing in casio is of type CCD. Zoom ratio in Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSi 3.00x but you can do 5.00x zooming in Casio EXILIM EX-Z2000.
