Want to buy PDA but HTC Touch Viva, Samsung Galaxy, Acer E 101 which is best.

I am interested in buying the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) mobile phone for myself. I have finalized my search on these three PDA mobile phones HTC - Touch Viva, Samsung - Galaxy I7500, Acer - E-101. I want to know which is the best PDA mobile phone from HTC - Touch Viva, Samsung - Galaxy I7500, Acer - E-101. Because every now and then I will not change the PDA mobile phone. Once I will buy the PDA mobile phone I am going to use it for a long time so I need to know the best of all the three. I will be waiting for the related replies.
