GPRS is not working in Nokia 5130

Hello to all,
I have new Nokia 5130 xpress music. From last week GPRS is not working in my Nokia 5130. I don't know what happened to it. Please help me to get rid out of this problem.

It seems that there is some GPRS setting related issue. Your mobile's internet setting may be get changed and that's why you are getting this problem. In this case you have to set new internet setting in your mobile to get rid out of this problem. You can get GPRS setting of your mobile form your mobile's service provider.

You have to make following setting in your mobile to get GPRS working.
1.First go to main menu.
2.Now go to Setting option.
3.Now go to Configuration.
4.Now go to Personal Configuration Settings.
5.then select ADD.
6.Now insert Access Point name of your mobile's service provider.
7.After activating this setting you will able to access internet.

Most of the people face this problem. This happened if your mobile's balance become low. If your mobile's balance go below some specific limit then you can not use GPRS service. It means when you have less balance, your mobile's service provider prevent you from accessing internet. In this case you have to keep minimum balance in your mobile to use GPRS service.

From your information it seems that your mobile's service provider has not activate GPRS service on your mobile and that's why you are getting this problem. In this case you have to contact your mobile's service provider to activate GPRS service on your mobile. After activating GPRS service on your mobile by your mobile's service provider, if you still have the same problem then contact nokia service center to get rid out of this problem.
