Unable to switch on bluetooth in nokia 6700

Hello to all,
I am having this problem from last 4 or 5 days. Whenever I try to switch on bluetooth connection from mobile, it goes into "switching on bluetooth" process and this process never stops. Due to this I unable to switch on bluetooth connection. I don't know what happened to it. Please help me to get rid out of this problem.

Have you try to restart your mobile? Some times this simple process solve some completed problem. Most of the people use this steps before performing anything else. I also had the same problem then after restarting my mobile, now I didn't get that error. I think you also restart your mobile to get rid out of this problem.

It seems that you are getting problem while opening bluetooth connection from stetting option. Have you try another method for opening bluetooth connection? If not, then try another process to open bluetooth connection. If you don't know other process then use following steps.
First go to gallery of your mobile -> now go to any song or image -> now open option -> now select Send To -> now select send via bluetooth -> now your mobile gives message "Bluetooth is currently switch off. Do you want to switch on?" -> now select yes -> now you will find that your bluetooth connection is switch on.

I don't know following process will work for you or not, but I able to solve my problem by doing following process. Most of the people are able to such type of problem using following steps. I think you also try this.
First switch off your mobile -> now remove battery and SIM card from mobile -> at the mobile's back side you will see ONE unique number -> now tap on that no. for 15 times -> now again switch on your mobile by inserting battery and SIM card -> after this process you will not get any problem.

You have to upgrade your mobile to get rid out of this problem. Form your information it seems that there is some software related issue. In this case upgrade with new version is best solution. Just connect your mobile to computer. Now open Nokia PC suite and check for new update. If new update is available then download that update and install in your mobile as per instruction.

From your information it seems that there is some hardware related issue. Have you upgrade your mobile? If you have already upgrade your mobile and if you still have the problem then there is some hardware related issue. In this case you have to contact your nearest nokia service center to fix this problem.
