    Mobile detected by site

    Hello,
I am a newbie regarding all the technologies of mobile phones. If a mobile connects to a site (whichever the technology used WAP, GPRS, 3G, WiFi). Is that the site can detect when I connect from a laptop and retrieve the number ? If yes, is it reliable? Any help with this. Thank you in advance.

Of course if the problem is here, you need a mixed protocol networks. But I think it is not practical to understand the operation.

I am not sure but I think they can detect your mobile.
    and retrieve the number ?
Your mobile number is detected well in advance
    If yes, is it reliable?
It should be better for you to make an effort to understand the mechanism of mobile operators.

I mix everything together is not my specialty. Well I explain what I want. When the user connects to my website via his mobile, I wish it can identify automatically. Did you get the basic ? If not, what protocols and everything, I never tell the difference in mobile telephony, it is beyond me but I'd like a little summary on the topic. Can you explain me please?

    Hello,
    Communication Protocol-
    WAP (Wireless Application Protocol)
Provides access to electronic mail or Web pages. Introduced in 1997.
But today, most mobile sites are web1.0 or Web2.0 based.

    Networks
    GSM / GPRS / Edge / UMTS

    GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)
GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications)
EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution.)
    UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System)
To send package and are flow Transmitters.

Well, I'll take a short explanation that you understand the trick. Your SIM card is that it gives you access to your operator. Telephony, Internet access (in most cases), SMS, MMS. Here, of course, you are identified by your operator. You wants to connect to internet with your mobile. Usually, you fall on the home page of your operator. If your operator authorize you to use outside of its site, you need not identification, unless you yourself are an established on your site.
Hope the following information will help you.

    Hi
I think I am much clearer to this concept than earlier. In fact, there are sites where you must log in to access some features. I wish that when the user connects via his mobile phone to the site in question, it can automatically log in using the phone number without having to enter.

For example, it connects in test.testdemo login from their computer, and fills its field with 06-12-34-07-07 phone to access the site without having to log in from their phone.
He connects with his mobile phone 06-12-34-07-07 poof, he flies to the page that it is useful without having to enter.
So is it possible to retrieve the telephone number of the person who connects to the log automatically? It lies perhaps somewhere in the frame. I hope I am I right?

    Hi
I see better what you want to do now. Effectively, your mobile number as exists in the package delivered. And not only that, but as you may imagine, it is not accessible to the outside. It is only reserve to your operator. The only solution I see in what you want to do is generate a cookie. But through the browser on your mobile. It is a case that I meet very often. For example, in the world chat, you can register on the website by the bias of your PC, but when you accessed through the browser on your mobile, you are asked despite a login and password. If you are not registered, please you register, if you indicate your login, your password and you check the box: "remember me" or something like that. But as regards the number as at the web tier, I do not think this is feasible. It's really in the stripping of your package that it did. And obviously, this is not as simple as that and of course, encrypted by server type radius. I had only this information with me, sorry if you need more information about this.
