Bluetooth function not working in N82

Hello to all,
I am having this problem from last week. Whenever I tried to switch on bluetooth, it does not turn on. Some times it works some times not. I don't know what happened to my mobile. Anyone else having the same problem.
Please help me. Thanks in advanced.

First you have to check whether it is hardware problem or software problem. If you don't know how to check that, then use following steps.
First unlock your mobile -> now press *#2820# code -> now it will show "Bluetooth adress: *********" message (Where ********* is a serial number ).
If you didn't get this message, then there is some hardware related problem and you can not repair it by yourself. In this case you have to contact nokia store to fix this problem.

I don't know whether it is working or not, but this process solve my friends problem. My friend also had the same problem then he hard reset his mobile and now he don't have any problem. If you don't know how to hard reset your mobile then use following steps.
First turn off your mobile -> now press "*" key, 3 key, green key and switch on key simultaneously until your mobile turn on. Now after this you will not get any problem in your bluetooth function.

I also had the same problem then one of my friend said one simple solution and it was worked for me. I think it will also work for you. Just try following steps in your mobile.
1.First remove back cover of your mobile.
2.Now remove battery.
3.Now there you can find imei code.
4.Just press there for 15 times and then insert battery and switch on.
5.After this you will find that your problem has gone.

It seems that your mobile's software is of old version and that's why you are getting this problem. In this case you have to upgrade your mobile to fix this problem. You can do this in following ways.
1.First unlock your mobile.
2.Now type *#0000# in that.
3.There you can find whether there is new update for your mobile is available or not.
4.If you find new update, then click on option.
5.Now select "install update".
6.After this your mobile automatically switch on.

Have you tried another bluetooth application for your mobile? If not, then try third party application. Sometimes these type of application works when your in-built application not working.
