Difference Between HTC Touch and HTC Touch HD

I am having the HTC Touch mobile phone and the HTC is now launching the HTC Touch HD mobile phone. I think this is the new version of the old mobile phone. May be the difference of the operating system versions but i want to know the exact technical differences of these two mobile phones. Please give me this details as soon as possible.
