what is NOKIA PC-SUITE?

Hello, I am using a NOKIA mobile phone and i do not know how to transfer the files and other data from computer to the mobile phone and Vice-Versa. I told one of my friend about this and he told me to install NOKIA PC-SUITE in my system. But i do not know about this software. From where i can download this software?

Nokia PC Suite is the software which is applied to connect Nokia phones and computers which run on Microsoft Windows operating system. This software is used to transfer the songs , images and application softwares which is supported by your cell phone.
