disable shutter sound for nokia 6600i

is there a way to disable the shutter sound for nokia 6600i
i've searched through the camera settings and have had no luck

The shutter sound setting lies in the phone only. If you browser properly to the camera options then there you will find a settings column. In that you can see Camera sound option. Just turn that option off. Once turned off then you will not here that sound back again. I am not familiar about the phone which you are using but the settings for Nokia phones is similar.
