Enabling Nokia to function as Webcam

Hi. I have a Nokia 5800 xpress music phone. I have Intel P4 system with broadband connection feature also. The thing is i want to perform a chat via webcam but the problem is I do not own a webcamera. I want to know whether I can use my phone as a webcam for the same. I got to know from some people that mobile cams can be used as webcamera. Is it possible. Please guide me. Thank you.
